Introducing The Cole Sisters

Whitney and Casey Cole are sisters, fine art-trained photographers, & enthusiasts of genuine connection. 

The Cole Sisters photograph proposals, engagement sessions, bridal sessions, and weddings. We focus on what we are good at, making fine art objects. Expect beautiful prints or a handmade book when working with us. Although we are based in Virginia, we are happy to travel anywhere and everywhere to photograph your special day!

Whitney has a background in product styling and gallery work, always pulled toward a beautiful and quiet composition; Casey is an architecture grad student experienced in fashion and bridal retail with a passion for empowering her portrait subjects. Whitney’s a sentimental fly on the wall, catching candids and details; Casey’s the calm and cool director, bringing people together and putting them at ease in front of the camera. 

We love photographic experiments, movement, art history references, unscripted moments, dancing to your reception music, and true expressions of love and affection.

As a team-up with my older sister, Whitney, don’t fret! I will still be operating my own business, Casey Lee, LLC, for graduation and family portraits. Whitney and I working together photographing weddings has been a business in the making since 2014 when we photographed our first wedding together. I am so excited to follow this wave and appreciate all of the support from our friends and family as we launch The Cole Sisters!
